Hormone Health Coach
&
Naturopathic nutritional therapist

Your body holds an incredible intelligence—it already knows how to heal, it just needs the right conditions and guidance to do so.

As a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Experienced Coach, my role isn’t to dictate your health path, but to walk beside you as you remember your body’s wisdom. Through education, encouragement, and compassionate inquiry, I help you reconnect with your own inner authority—so that every choice you make, from what you eat to how you care for yourself, feels aligned, informed, and deeply empowering.

This is a collaborative journey. You bring your experiences, your intuition, and your readiness for change. I bring the science, strategy, and support to help you make confident, conscious decisions—on your terms, in your time.

Don't eat anything your great grandmother
wouldn't recognise as food

That soft, electric hum of Goddess energy… rooted, radiant, and wildly alive.

I have come home to myself!

But it wasn’t always this way.

For years, I lived in a body that felt like a battleground. Cystic acne, relentless PMS, hormone chaos, chronic gut pain, hay fever, rashes, food intolerances—I carried it all. Behind every flare-up and mood swing were waves of shame, isolation, and moments of such deep despair, I could barely recognise myself.

I masked it the best I could, including over a decade on the Pill without questioning its long-term impact. But the more I suppressed, the louder my body spoke.

Then, in my early 30s, my world cracked open. Losing my father to pancreatic cancer shattered something in me—and also awakened something fierce. Anxiety and depression took hold for a while, but so did a quiet knowing: this isn’t where my story ends.

That pain became my portal.
To healing.
To truth.
To purpose.

I dove head-first into the science of nutrition and the soul of natural medicine. I trained for three life-changing years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London—equal parts study, ceremony, and self-reclamation.

Now, I guide other women home.
Back to their bodies.
Back to their power.
Back to the harmony we were never meant to live without
